Syracuse, N.Y. - Police have arrested the man hiding out in Rochester for a years old Syracuse murder.
In July of 2016, 24-year-old Anthony Ebron was found shot in the head on Lakeview Ave. Investigators say that they tracked down Anton Kelley and arrested him for shooting Ebron.
Kelley had moved to Rochester shortly after officers say he killed Ebron. He is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
