Albany, N.Y. - A State Health Council will vote on Gov. Cuomo's proposed ban of flavored E-Cigarette sales today.
The Public Health and Health Planning Council is holding a special meeting today to vote on the flavored e-cigarette ban. The ban would take effect immediately if approved by the subcommittee of the State Department of Health.
The ban would go into place tomorrow. Stores would be given two weeks to clear their shelves of the flavors.
Stores would have two weeks to remove the products from their shelves once the ban takes effect. They will still be allowed to sell Menthol and Tobacco flavors.
