Syracuse, N.Y. - A Liverpool motel owner turned crack delivery man is off to prison.
49 year old Jayesh Patel owned the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites near the Syracuse when prosecutors say that he delivered crack cocaine to customers in their hotel rooms.
Patel also owned the the "Munchies" convenience store in Solvay.
Patel was sentenced to five years in prison. He is also required to forfeit the $1 million he laundered through Solvay Bank.
