Darien, N.Y. - A woman who was found guilty in a hit-and-run last summer that killed an Oneida county man after a concert, is learning her fate.
Jennifer Serrano of Chatauqua County was sentenced to four and 2/3 years to 14 years in prison.
She had previously been convicted by a jury of vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, DWI and unlicensed driving.
Connor Lynskey of Oneida County was struck August 11 after the Jason Aldean concert at Darien Lake.
Serrano was not offered a plea deal.
