Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego County officials will try again tomorrow night to spray around Toad Harbor Swamp.
The hope had been to spray Friday night , then last night and they then had to move it to tonight, but the weather isnt cooperating. So now its scheduled for tomorrow night at 6pm.
The spraying is needed to tamp down the mosquito population in Hastings, West Monroe and Constantia infected with Triple-E.
