SWAT Called In To Arrest A Barricaded Baldwinsville Man

Baldwinsville, N.Y. - A Baldwinsville man is facing charges after throwing fireworks at his neighbors.

40-year-old William Lacey is accused of light fireworks and throwing them at his neighbor's houses. Neighbors called 911 to report the situation but also were concerned they had heard gunshots.

As police were arriving Lacey ran into his home and refused to come to the door when asked by officers. SWAT eventually was called in to get him.  

A search of his home did not turn up a gun.

He is charged with menacing and harassment.
