Oswego County, N.Y. - Oswego County Health Department says they have found five additional samples of mosquitoes testing positive for the Eastern Equine Encephalitis or Triple E. Four of the samples came from Toad Harbor in West Monroe, one in the town of Hastings.
When the state gives approval there willbe aerial spraying and the county will let everyone know of course when. In the meantime people are advised to continue to take safety measures including insect repellents, wearing protective clothing and limiting outdoor activities after sunset.
