Calling Hours Continue For CNY Victim Of California Festival Shooting

Ovid, N.Y. - Friends and Family will continue to mourn the CNY man gunned down in a California mass shooting.

25-year-old Trevor Irby was shot by the gunman at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on July 28th. A six-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl also died.

Irby was born in Romulus and was a 2017 graduate of Keuka College.

A second day of calling hours will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Covert Funeral Home in Ovid. His funeral will be at 10:00 tomorrow at the Romulus Central School auditorium.

Federal Agents are continuing their probe into the shooting.

The FBI is now investigating it as a case of domestic terrorism. Officials announced that they've discovered the gunman, Santino Legan, had a list of other possible targets including religious and political institutions as well as courthouses. No specifics were given but all the sites are being notified.

Officers managed to take him down within 60 seconds, but a coroner's report shows Legan fired the fatal bullet himself.
