Rome, N.Y. - Autopsy results on the Rome mother whose body was found in a landfill will likely be released next week.
Police have arrested Kerrilee D'Avolio's husband Jason in connection with her death, but he's only been charged with concealment of a corpse. He claims that his wife took her own life and he put her body in a dumpster. Investigators say the couple had started divorce proceedings before Kerrilee's death.
