Town of Hastings, N.Y. - Last night Oswego County Sheriff's responded to domestic dispute call in the Town of Hastings.
57 year old Richard Bushnell, of Central Square, is accused of chasing a victim, choking the person causing them to have trouble breathing and fearing for their life.
Bushnell faces several charges including violating an order of protection.
He was arraigned in the Town of Parish Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.
