Rome, N.Y. - Rome police have found the missing woman who they believe was murdered, and her husband is their only suspect.
The body of 32 year old Kerrilee D'Avolio was found at the Oneida County Landfill and police expect to file charges against her husband.
Crews had been searching for the mother of three after they were called Monday by a family member.
Her husband Jason D'Avolio brought the couple's children to his brother's place of work, and the brother believed a homicide had occurred .
Evidence found at the couples home was said to be "suspicious."
The husband claims his wife committed suicide and that he placed her body in a Dumpster.
