Syracuse, N.Y - Monday afternoon State Police got many 911 calls about a reported a tan sedan hitting guide rails and failing to maintain its lane.
When Troopers finally found the car on the side of the road with a flat tire they found Timothy Gioia, unconscious inside. He was administered 2 doses of Narcan and within minutes, he regained consciousness.
He was taken to the hospital for Heroin overdose and sent to jail.
Two children in the car, ages 7 and 8 were uninjured and released to a family member.
Hes charged with (2) counts of Aggravated DWI, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and a count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
