Oswego, N.Y. - Scarey moments on the water near Wright's Landing in Oswego this morning.
Around 10:30 am, a 19 foot fishing boat lost power as it was coming into the Harbor and crashed onto the break wall, causing damage and the boat began to take on water.
The three people on board jumped off wearing life jackets and were able to swim to safety.
The US Coast Guard responded and rendered aid to all involved.
Two were treated for minor injuries at scene and released.
