Syracuse, N.Y. - A man that set a fire that killed his family will learn his fate today.
Charles DuBois could spend the rest of his life in prison. In April last year, he set his family's Syracuse home on fire. Then he took his dog for a walk. The fire trapped his mother, brother, sister, and nephew inside killing them before firefighters could get inside.
The 21-year-old was convicted on a count of first degree murder for each of their deaths in May. He faces life in prison without parole.
