More Court Time This Week For Utica Teen's Accused Killer

Utica, N.Y. - The Cicero man Utica police say brutally murdered a teenage internet star from Utica is making court appearances this week.

Brandon Clark faced a judge yesterday. He will be back in court again Thursday.

He is accused of slashing the neck of 17-year-old Bianca Devins and posted photos of her body online.

Clark is arraigned on second degree murder. He will remain in the Oneida County Jail without bail.

"The people that have sent their love, their prayers, and their support, we feel them, we feel them deeply, " said Frank Williams, who is Devins' grandfather. He expressed gratitude to reporters outside of court Monday for the support the family is being shown by the community. "We don't know how we would have gotten through this terrible journey we have to go down without their love and support."

Devins was laid to rest Friday. The 17-year-old was a budding social media influencer with several thousand followers on a variety of social media platforms. She was set to attend Mohawk Valley Community College and to pursue a career in psychology.
