Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police are offering tips to residents after recent vehicle break-ins in the city.
Over the weekend, nine cars were broken into near the Saint Patrick's Loft Apartments. This weekend was St. Patrick's Irish Festival on Tipp Hill.
Officials are asking people to park in well-lit areas, lock your doors and call 911 right away if you see suspicious activity.
