Skaneateles, N.Y. - Police are looking for a parolee who cut his ankle monitor last night and disappeared.
Investigators say 61 year old Christopher Block, removed his monitor and they have not been able to locate him. They did find the monitor on Kane Ave in Skaneateles. Police dont know why he was there as his llast known address was in Syracuse.
Block served 30 years of a more than 50-year prison sentence for kidnapping, rape, sexual abuse, burglary and criminal possession of a weapon.
