Syracuse, N.Y. - We're getting closer to the start of the Great New York State Fair, and today, you can get advance tickets for the event.
Advance sale admission tickets will cost $6 each, and tickets will also be available for the Fair's two $3 Thursdays and the Dollar Days, which are opening day and Labor Day.
If you are looking to buy $20 weekday Midway ride-all-day vouchers with your tickets you can buy them together at Wegmans, Tops, Price Chopper; Green Hills Farms, Nichols Supermarket in Liverpool, Nojaim Bros. in Marcellus, and the Seneca Knolls Big M.
If you just are looking to buy tickets those can be bought at Solvay Bank and Pit Stop Convenience Stores. They can also be bougth at the P&C stores around Cortland and the Shurefine stores in Weedsport and Union Springs.

Kids 12 and under are admitted for free every day.
The 2019 Fair begins August 21st and runs until Labor Day.
