Syracuse, N.Y. - I-81 will be closed between between Tully and LaFayette until 10:00 a.m.
The full lane closure between exits 14 and 15 is impacting northbound and southbound travelers. Drivers are being detoured along Route 11, where a rollover accident is slowing down the commute even more.
State Police say they are investigating an incident where a person was found unconscious in their vehicle.Police believe the person was trying to take their own life.
