Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police are investigating a tragedy.
A woman and three children were found dead outside of a home on Berwyn Avenue. Investigators believe it was a murder-suicide.
Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner is telling reporters at the scene that the bodies were discovered inside of a car that was about to be towed. The vehicle was an overdue rental.
