Oswego Man Arrested For Using Fake Money

Oswego, N.Y. - An Oswego man has been arrested for using “fake” money.

41 year old Richard Szymanski, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was sent to jail without bail.

Oswego Police have been investigating multiple cases of “fake” money being passed at local businesses throughout June.

There are three types of fake bills circulating printed with: “Use only for motion pictures,” “Replicas” and “World Universal Bank Unlimited.”
