Syracuse, N.Y. - SU Head Basketball Coach Jim Boeheim taking part in a safety hearing today with the DMV.
It's required for people involved in a fatal crash.
Boeheim will go before an administrative judge to talk about the status of his license.
In February, Coach Boheim was involved in an accident on a darkened I-690 East that killed Jorge Jimenez.
Jimenez was outside of a disabled car when he was hit.
No charges were filed and authorities said it was just a tragic accident.
