Syracuse, N.Y. - The Town Supervisor in Oswego has declared a State of Emergency due to flooded roads.
County Route 7 and County Route 20 and all local roads have been closed due to water on the roads.
Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow is asking people to stay off the streets until 6pm.
The city of Utica has closed several roads due to flooding...a few have reopened...
In Moravia....the Owasco Inlet rose about 5 feet in 2 hours today...
Part of Route 174 is closed in Marcellus due to flooding, according to the state Department of Transportation.
All lanes of Route 174 are closed between Route 20 and Otisco Valley Road.
The lanes were closed at 12:50 p.m. and will be closed for more than four hours, according to the DOT.
