Hastings Man Faces Manslaughter Charges After Deadly Motorcycle Accident

Town of Redfield, N.Y. - A Hastings man faces charges after a motorcycle accident kills his passenger .

June 9th, 70 year old Paul Johnson was driving his motorcycle on County Route 27 in the Town of Redfield when he lost control, hitting a tree.

His passenger 60 year old Deborah Richards was pronounced dead at the scene.

Johnson has now been charged with vehicular manslaughter, DWI and operating an uninspected vehicle.
