Parish, N.Y. - Voters in the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown school district have passed the district's budget plan.
The vote passed 390 to 354. Last month, the same budget proposal failed to pass. It was the only budget proposal in Central New York not to be approved.
The proposal calls for a 1% increase in the local tax levy not to exceed $60,000.
