Oswwgo, NY. - State Police have arrested an Oswego man for child porn.
40 Year old Ted Rowe is charged with 3 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.
A search warrant that was executed at his home found numerous images of children less than 17-years-old engaging in sexual conduct.
Rowe was arraigned in town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 secured bond pending Grand Jury action.
The New York State Police, U.S. Marshalls and Homeland Security assisted in this investigation.
