An Oswego County man already in jail for torturing a 10-year-old girl will be sentenced today of sexually misusing a 12-year-old girl.
Gary Bubis Jr. was convicted last month for sexually abusing the girl in a separate case. The abuse happened in December 2012.
He is in prison already for being one of five adults that took part in torturing a girl with excessive forms of punishment.
