Watertown, N.Y. - A Watertown man has been arrested for illegally recording video of a young woman at a tanning salon.
Jefferson County sheriff's deputies report that Timothy Widrick of Watertown is charged with unlawful surveillance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say that Widrick used a cell phone camera to record the 16-year-old girl while she undressed and used the tanning facilities at Zoom Tan.
Widrick was released on a 25 hundred dollars bail and an order of protection was issued against him.
