Scriba, N.Y. - An Oswego County man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a knife at a sheriff’s deputy.
31 year old David Miner, of Pennellville, was charged with menacing a police officer and resisting arrest, after Sheriff's were callled to a physical domestic dispute in the town of Scriba.
Police say Miner is accused of displaying a knife and pointing the knife at a deputy.
Police say he then got into a physical altercation with the deputy.
Miner was arraigned and is scheduled back in court on Thursday.
