Deerfield, N.Y. - We're finding out more about that shooting in Deerfield Tuesday where a man interrupted a burglary of his home and shot two people dead.
State Police say Ronald Stolarczyk caught Patricia AnneTalerico and her nephew Nicolas, burglarizing his home. According to police they had done this before. Police say he shot them both, she died at the scene he died at the hopsital.
Stolarcyk is being charged with possessing a handgun without a permit. Police say the gun was his deceased Father's and he never registered the weapon to himself.
Troopers say they found items of the home owner in Nicolas's home along with other stolen items.
