Sodus, N.Y. - The man accused of shooting and killing two people in Sodus has been found guilty.
After deliberating for just over four hours, a jury has found a former Texas police chief Tiimothy Dean , guilty on all 18 counts in a double murder of Joshua Niles and Niles girlfriend Amber Washburn.

Dean's wife, Charlene Childers testified against him saying the two meticulously planed the murder of Joshua Niles after they lost a child custody battle to him.
