Syracuse, N.Y. - The woman accused of supplying the gun used in a robbery then ended in a double killing has pleaded guilty.
Tracey Brown, provided the gun William Wood Jr. used to kill Stephen Gudknecht and Kristopher Hicks at a Chili’s restaurant in DeWitt, during a robbery.
Brown accepted a plea bargain, agreeing to cooperate in the prosecution of Wood. Brown faces 20 to 25 years in prison when she is sentenced in July.
Wood has been sentenced to life in prison and may get the death penalty.
