Two From Constantia Charged With Hurting 3 Month Old

Constantia, N.Y. - Two people from Constantia were arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.

State Police responded to Upstate Pediatric center for a 3month old with injuries to their face, consisting of bruising/swelling and scratches near the eye.

After an investigation they arrested 25 year old Nolan Webster who threw a game controller at the child because the baby was crying. In addition to the endangering the welfare charge Webster was also was charged with assault.

They later arrested 28 year old Samantha Boots the child's babysitter. The child was in her care at the time the incident took place.
