Syracuse, N.Y. - The Army Corps of Engineers has revealed its latest prediction involving Lake Ontario.
Officials say they expect water levels to rise another seven inches in the next few weeks. If that happens, the water would still be below what it was in 2017 when flooding caused extensive damage.
