Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse University has said goodbye to their largest ever graduating class.
SU held its 165th commencement on Sunday. This year more than 7,000 degrees were awarded, the most degrees they've ever given in a single class.
Syracuse businesses may have seen a bit more traffic than past commencement weekends. Each year, commencement weekend pumps millions of dollars into the downtown economy from all the visiting families.
