Syracuse, N.Y. - In honor of Mother’s Day, County Executive Ryan McMahon has announced admission to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo will be just $1 for Moms AND Dads this Sunday!
McMahon said, “This is a great time to honor mothers as we have been welcoming lots of new animal babies to the zoo.”
Just yesterday, the Zoo had an American Bison born while on display, in March a Sichuan "takin" calf was born and in January an Asian Elephant.
The zoo is open 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, including holidays.
