North Korea apparently is conducting another weapons test.
South Korea says the North fired an unidentified projectile. The projectile has not been positively identified but it has a similar signature to several short-range missiles that were launched just five days ago.
The escalation follows a stalling out of negotiations between the U.S. and North Korea over it's nuclear weapons program.
