Dubois Found Guilty Of Killing Four Family Members In A Fire

Syracuse, N.Y. - Charles DuBois, 21, faces life in prison after being convicted today of four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his brother, sister, mother and nephew.

The swift-moving fire eventually consumed the entire first floor as DuBois’ family slept upstairs.

His ister, Koreena, 18, and his brother, Michael, 16, called 911 after being awoken by the fire. Koreena’s 1-year-old son, Hunter, could be heard crying in the background.

Susan Wagner, also perished.

The only survivor was Wagner’s boyfriend, James Gower, who jumped from a second-story window .

Dubois will be sentenced July 15.
