Syracuse, N.Y. - An 18-year-old shot Sunday night on Westcott Street has died
Alek Kuethping was shot around 11 o'clock Sunday night.
21 year old Victor Bahati is accused of shooting her.
He was originally charged with second-degree assault and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
No word yet on if new charges will be issued by the District Attorney's office.
