Albany, N.Y. - More bad news for the man Andrew Cuomo once called his father's favorite son.
Joe Percoco is no longer allowed to practice law in New York. The former right-hand man to Gov. Cuomo has been disbarred.
He's serving time for accepting bribes and rigging bids for lucrative state contracts related to the development of Syracuse's Inner-Harbor and the Buffalo Billion project.
Percoco started serving a 6-year Federal prison sentence in March.
