Syracuse, N.Y. - A 31 year old pregnant Clay woman is lucky to be alive.
State Police say around noon yesterday 5 people stormed into the womans house, held a knife to her neck and demanded money.
The woman was an acquaintance of one of the suspects, but was not injured.
Stephanie Morrison, Theodore McClusky, Sheldon Gary, Joseph Briere and Jessica Hill all face charges.
Robbery 1st Degree, Felony;
•Stephanie N. Morrison, age 27, from 107 Mabel Road Syracuse, NY
•Theodore J. McClusky, age 29 from 160 Palace Court North Syracuse, NY
•Sheldon L. Gary, age 21 from 203 Kellogg Street Syracuse, NY
- Joseph J. Briere, age 24, from 105 Wall Street Syracuse, NY was charged with Robbery 1st degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Methamphetamine)
- Jessica L. Hill, age 34, from 205 Leonard Street Mattydale, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor and issued an appearance ticket.
