Drunk Road Rage Driver William LeVay Given Parole Hearing

A drunk road rage driver convicted for causing a man's death a decade ago will try again to get out of jail.

William LeVea is 88-year-old.

He was convicted for being being drunk and repeatedly ramming Christopher Spack's vehicle eventually sending it head on into another car.

LeVea was convicted in 2011 of Vehicular Manslaughter, and sentenced to 6-18 years in prison.

He is set to ask a parole board, for a third time, to let him out from behind bars in July.
