SUNY Polytechnic Student Found In Her Room Has Died From Head Injuries

Utica, N.Y. - A SUNY Polytechnic Institute student who was found in her room with a critical head injury last week had died.

Fardush Sultana of Hudson, NY was a civil engineering student. She was found in her dorm room April 11.

Police later said she had apparently suffered a “medical event” that led to her head injury and was not the victim of any crime.

No word on what actually caused her death.
