Utica, N.Y. - A Town of Lee man has been arrested after having a Facebook conversation.
Oneida County Sheriff's say 31 year old Kenneth Tennant the Third was charged with Endangerring the welfare of a child after he was caught chatting with a 14 year old female online.
The Facebook Mesesenger conversation contained inappropriate material.
Tennant is in jail pending bail.
An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim.
