Two Others Charged In Dewitt Chili's Murder Will Stand Trial At Same Time

Syracuse, N.Y. - Two accomplices in the Dewitt Chili's murder case will be heading to a very unusual trial July 15th.

Tracey Brown, allegedly provided the gun William Wood used to kill Stephen Gudknecht and Kristopher Hicks during the robbery.

Ronald Green is accused of driving the getaway car.

It’ll technically be two trials, with two separate juries, going on in the same court room, at the same time because many of the witnessses are common to both cases.

It will be held in the old Court House, due to number of people involved.

Brown and Green both face 25 years to life in prison.

Wood who pleaded guilty is scheduled to be sentenced Monday to life in prison without parole.
