Utica, N.Y. - A student at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Marcy is in critical condition after being found in her dorm with serious injuries.
University police say the student was discovered and taken to the hospital.
They believe she was injured Saturday night. Police are not saying how they think she was hurt.
There are no indication that there is a threat to others on campus, but students were reminded to stay alert of their surroundings and to travel and visit with people that they know and trust.
