Deadly Limo Owner Pleads Not Guilty

Schoharie, N.Y. - The owner of the Limo company involved in a crash that killed 20 people including a SUNY Oswego Professor, back in October was in court today.

Nauman Hussain, pleaded not guilty to 20 counts each of criminally negligent homicide and second-degree manslaughter.

The judge set bail at $225,000 cash, $450,00 bond.

He is ordered to wear a GPS monitor and he is not allowed to leave the state. He also needs to meet with a probation officer weekly.
