Sennett, N.Y. - A Mattydale man is dead after a three car crash in Cayuga County.
The crash happened on Route 34 at the Turnpike Road intersection Thursday afternoon.
58 year old David Fleet's car was sent into another car after being rear ended by an SUV. He died at the hospital.
The 78-year-old woman was treated at the scene for a minor injury. The 26-year-old driving the SUV was not hurt.
The crash is still being investigated.
