Town of Granby, N.Y. - A shots fired call last night in Granby resulting in a woman going to the hospital.
State Troopers responded to an apartment on Airport Road around at 10:30.
An investigation revealed that 48 year old Charles Pollock was cleaning his .22 caliber rifle in the kitchen area of his apartment when it went off shooting a bullet through the living room wall. That bullet struck 25 year old Heaven Ridgeway, in her right arm.
Pollock is charged with second-degree assault and first-degree endangerment, both felonies.
