Hannnibal, N.Y. - State Police have a arrested a Hannibal man for sharing porn with an underage person.
61 year old George Ritchie, is accused of sending images consistent with pornography to a 16-year-old male through the internet.
Ritchie was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor 1st degree, a class “D” felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Ritchie was arraigned in the town of Hannibal Court
